Robert Trent Jones Golf Club Lake Manassas, Virginia September 20 – 25, 2005 TERMS AND CONDITIONS DEPOSITS A per person deposit of 50% of travel package cost is required together with the correctly completed booking form to secure a tour place. This should be mailed to Gullivers at: Gullivers Sports Travel, 1340 N. Great Neck Road #1272-360, Virginia Beach, VA 23454. FULL AND FINAL PAYMENT Full and final payment is required in Gullivers' office no later than 90 days prior to your chosen tour departure date. METHOD OF PAYMENT Payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard, money order, cashier's check, bank wire transfer, and personal check. In order to process credit card payments, we must receive each cardholder's credit card billing address. Cardholder must travel on package and provide written authorization, acknowledging purchase and acceptance of Terms and Conditions. NOTE: A 3% processing fee will be added to the total amount charges. CANCELLATIONS All cancellations must be made in writing. All payments made to Gullivers are fully non-refundable for any reason. ACCOMMODATIONS The accommodations used in Gullivers packages are based on the room share request stated. All rooms are allocated on a run of house basis and all hotels vary from property to property. Hotels are featured on our web site. Platinum, Gold, and Silver are terms utilized by Gullivers for this program and do not relate to any other hotel grading system. TIPS AND TAXES The cost of these tours include all service charges, gratuities, and local taxes normally payable on any service included, with the exception of the U.S. Transportation Taxes and Customs Security Fees, and local airport taxes, and departure taxes if and where applicable. Airline transportation taxes will be collected with final payment. LIABILTIY DISCLAIMER The information, software and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information contianed herin. Gullvers Sports Travel may make improvement and/or changes on this Web site at any time. EXCLUSIONS Excluded from the cost of the tours are, but are not limited to : costs of passports, including renewals, visas(if and where applicable), meals, optional excursions, alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, laundry, dry cleaning, excess baggage, and any and all items of a personal nature and not specifically mentioned in the itineraries and /or tour features, tips, airport taxes, and the U.S. Transportation Tax and Customs Security Fees. PASSPORT/VISA REQUIREMENTS A valid passport is required for travel and validity should extend for a period of at least six months after your intended return date. Any visa requirements are your responsibility. AIR TRANSPORTATION Under U.S. government deregulation of the airlines, airfares may be changed (increased) at anytime without notice. However, airfares are guaranteed at the time of ticketing. Changes in flight itineraries after issuance of tickets may result in an increased airfare. Gullivers Sports Travel will not be responsible for any lost or stolen baggage. Participants will be responsible for any carry-on or hand carried baggage. The departure schedule published in the program or quoted on request, is accurate at the time of printing or quoting, and no changes in dates, time, or equipment are anticipated. However, in the unlikely event that it should become necessary to alter any of the above, Gullivers Sports Travel can not accept responsibility for delays or missed connections, etc., arising from these changes. Everything possible will be done to notify the passengers of accurate flight details. In the event that our agents are unable to contact you, we suggest that you reconfirm your flights directly with the airline at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of your departure. LUGGAGE No single suitcase may exceed 62 linear inches. Golf Bags count as one piece. Baggage lost or damaged while property is in the custody of an airline, shipline, train, bus company, or transfer company can not be the responsibility of the Gullivers Sports Travel. Baggage insurance is strongly recommended and is available from our office. LOST VOUCHERS Gullivers Sports Travel assumes no liability for lost or stolen travel vouchers or tickets. However, our staff will assist whenever possible pertaining to lost documents. ADVISEMENT BY TRAVEL AGENTS Travel Agents warrant that each client has been provided with and advised to carefully review a copy of the foregoing Terms and Conditions and that the customer fully understands that he/she is subject to said requirements and policies. RENTAL CARS International rental car inclusions cover unlimited mileage, time, local taxes and CDW insurance. Any additional charges for international car rentals, including, but not limited to taxes, airport fees, additional insurance, fuel, additional drivers, or any optional items shall be the responsibility of the renter. A valid driver's license and a major credit card (or substantial cash deposit) is required prior to renting a car, and minimum and maximum driver age restrictions apply. Please check with your Gullivers Sports golf travel specialist for explanation of rental car restrictions. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS International travel documents will be delivered to your mailing address at least 21 days prior to departure. Under no circumstances will Gullivers Sports Travel release documents without full payment. BOOKING AMENDMENTS Should you wish to change/amend your reservation after deposit has been received, Gullivers Sports Travel will do its very best to accommodate your request. An amendment fee of $35.00 per amendment will be levied. In addition you will be liable for any increased cost for the new arrangements. TRIP CANCELLATION/INTERRUPTION INSURANCE Travel insurance providing accident, baggage and cancellation protection is strongly recommended. Details and applications for low cost insurance will be provided to passengers with confirmation of reservations, or on request. Unused Tour Services: Tour services included in this package and not used are non refundable no refunds will be made for unused hotel accommodations unused tee times, meals not taken nor any other services not used due to flight delays, schedule changes or for any other reason. RESPONSIBILITY Gullivers Sports Travel (which expression shall for the purpose of these conditions include any parents subsidiary affiliate or associated company and hereinafter shall be called "the Company") acts only as agents for the hotels, airlines, bus or car companies, railroads, steamship lines, or owners or contractors providing accommodations, transportation or other services, and all coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets issued by the Company are issued subject to any and all tariffs, terms and conditions under which any accommodation, transportation or any other services whatsoever are provided by such hotels, airlines, bus or car companies, railroads, steamship lines or owners or contractors. The Company shall not be liable or responsible whether due to its servants agents or employees negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with any accommodation transportation or other services or resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, dangers incident to the sea, hijack, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, de jure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations delays or cancellations of or changes in itinerary or default of the hotel, airlines, bus or car companies, railroads, steamship lines or owners or contractors providing accommodation, transportation or other services or for any loss or damage resulting from improper or insufficient passports, visas or other documents and that neither the Company nor its servants agents or employees shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses or liability sustained or incurred by the tour members as a result of any of the foregoing causes. The responsibility of the airlines concerned are held responsible for any act omission or event during the time passengers are on board their planes or conveyances. The passengers contract in use by the airlines concerned when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the purchaser of these tours and/or passenger. Any and/or all transportation companies herein mentioned shall not have or incur responsibility for liability as common carriers. Schedules mentioned / published and rates quoted are in effect at time of printing (2/25/04) and are subject to change without notice having regards to unforeseen circumstances, foreign exchange fluctuations and variations in airline operating costs including but not limited to say an escalation of fuel prices. Unused services can not be refunded or exchanged. The Company reserves the right to cancel the tour and/or modify the itineraries in any way it thinks desirable and further reserves the right to decline to accept any person or any tour and may substitute hotels where necessary. The payment of the required deposits(s) and/or any partial or full payments(s) for the tour shall constitute full knowledge, acceptance and consent by the passenger to provisions in the CONDITIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY clauses of this brochure, which are part of this offer.
