Deposits. A deposit of 50% of your total booking cost is due at the time of booking along with the correctly completed Booking Form. These forms should be forwarded to Gullivers Sports Travel (The Company), 1340 N. Great Neck Road #1272-360, Virginia Beach, VA 23454. All payments are accepted on first come, first serve basis subject to availability.
Final Payment. Full and final payment (the remaining 50%) for all packages purchased must reach The Company no later than nine weeks prior to event. All bookings accepted after March 15, 2007 must be accompanied by full tour payment (100%).
Method of Payment. Payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard, money order, cashier's check, bank wire transfer, and personal check (provided we deem there is sufficient time for it to be processed by our bank). In order to process credit card payments, we must receive each cardholder's credit card billing address. Cardholder must travel on package and provide written authorization, acknowledging purchase and acceptance of Terms and Conditions. Note: All payments made by credit card, there is a 3% processing charge.
Ground Transportation. Gullivers Sports Travel reserves the sole right to determine the mode of transportation on any service included in the package price. This may include private or scheduled bus or coaches, mini-vans, trains, taxis. Transportation is only included when specifically mentioned in the package inclusions.
Transfers to Wimbledon. Transfers are in luxury vehicles for 6 to 8 persons and will leave at set times from the featured hotels. :Private" transfers will be offered for parties of 6 or more on a reqeust basis.
Air Transportation. Under U.S. government deregulation of the airlines, airfares may be changed (increased) at anytime without notice. However, airfares are guaranteed at the time of ticketing. Changes in flight itineraries after issuance of tickets may result in an increased airfare. Gullivers Sports Travel will not be responsible for any lost or stolen baggage. Participants will be responsible for any-on or hand carried baggage. The departure schedule published in the program or quoted on request, is accurate at the time of printing or quoting, and no changes in dates, time, or equipment are anticipated. However, in the unlikely event that it should become necessary to alter any of the above, Gulliver Sports Travel can not accept responsibility for delays or missed connection, etc., arising from these changes. Everything possible will be done to notify the passengers of accurate flight details. In the event that our agents are unable to contact you, we suggest that you reconfirm your flights directly with the airline at least twenty-four(24) hours in advance of your departure.
Liability Disclaimer. The information, software and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to information herein. Gullivers Sports Travel may make improvements and/or changes on this Web site at any time.
Travel Insurance. Travel insurance is highly recommended. You can protect yourself against cancellation penalties if you cancel for a reason covered by the insurance policy you choose. Gullivers Sports Travel offers a travel insurance option. All insurance policies are different. Please read all insurance policy documents very carefully to be sure you fully understand them.
Inclusions. Each package includes only those items specifically mentioned.
Exclusions. Excluded from the cost of these packages are but not limited to, cost of passports including renewals, visas (if and where applicable), meals, optional excursions and admissions, alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, laundry, dry cleaning, excess baggage and any and all items of a personal nature. Discretionary tips, custom fees, airport taxes and airport and airline security levies in any country we visit.
Baggage. Each passenger is limited one (1) piece of check-in luggage in accordance with airline size and weight regulations and one (1) carry-on bag. Luggage space on Korean motor coaches is not sufficient for any additional luggage. No single suitcase may exceed 62 linear inches. Baggage lost or damaged while property is in the custody of an airline, shipline, train, bus company, or transfer company cannot be the responsibility of Gulliver Sports Travel. Baggage insurance is strongly recommended and is available from our office.
Tips and Taxes. The cost of these tours include all service charges, gratuities, and local taxes normally payable on any service included, with the exception of the U.S. Transportation Taxes and Customs Security Fees, and local airport taxes, and departure taxes if and where applicable.
Passport/Visa Requirements. A valid passport is required for travel and validity should extend for a period of at least six months after your intended return date. Any visa requirements are your responsibility.
Lost Vouchers. Gulliver Sports Travel assumes no liability for lost or stolen travel vouchers or tickets. However, our staff will assist whenever possible pertaining to lost documents.
Advisement by Travel Agents. Travel Agents cannot complete the Booking Form on behalf of their client. Individual travelers must be fully aware of all Terms and Conditions and that they fully understand that he/she is subject to said requirements and policies.
Travel Documents. International travel documents will be delivered to your mailing address at least 21 days prior to departure. Under no circumstances will Gulliver SportsTravel release documents without full payment.
Booking Amendments. Should you wish to change/amend your reservation after deposit has been received, Gullivers Sports Travel will do its very best to accommodate your request. An amendment fee of $35.00 per amendment will be levied. In addition you will be liable for any increased cost for the new arrangements.
Cancellation. All cancellations must be in writing, all payments made to Gulliver Sports Travel are non-refundable for any reason. Travel insurance providing medical, accident, baggage and cancellation protection is strongly recommended. Details and applications for low cost insurance will be provided to passengers with confirmation of reservations, or on request.
Unused Tour Services. Tour services included in this package and not used are non-refundable. No refunds will be made for unused hotel accommodations, match tickets, meals not taken nor any other services not used due to flight delays, schedule changes or for any other reason.
Responsibility. Gullivers Sports Travel (which expression shall for the purpose of these conditions include any parents subsidiary affiliate or associated company and hereinafter shall be called "the Company") acts only as agents for the hotels, airlines, bus or car companies, railroads, steamship lines, or owners or contractors providing accommodations, transportation or other services, and all coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets issued by the Company are issued subject to any and all tariffs, terms and conditions under which any accommodation, transportation or any other services whatsoever are provided by such hotels, airlines, bus or car companies, railroads, steamship lines or owners or contractors. The Company shall not be liable or responsible whether due to its servants agents or employees negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with any accommodation transportation or other services or resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, dangers incident to the sea, hijack, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, de jure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations delays or cancellations of or changes in itinerary or default of the hotel, airlines, bus or car companies, railroads, steamship lines or owners or contractors providing accommodation, transportation or other services or for any loss or damage resulting from improper or insufficient passports, visas or other documents and that neither the Company nor its servants agents or employees shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses or liability sustained or incurred by the tour members as a result of any of the foregoing causes. The responsibility of the airlines concerned are held responsible for any act omission or event during the time passengers are on board their planes or conveyances. The passengers contract in use by the airlines concerned when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the purchaser of these tours and/or passenger. Any and/or all transportation companies herein mentioned shall not have or incur responsibility for liability as common carriers. Schedules mentioned / published and rates quoted are in effect at time of printing (01/10/07) and are subject to change without notice having regards to unforeseen circumstances, foreign exchange fluctuations and variations in airline operating costs including but not limited to say an escalation of fuel prices. Unused services can not be refunded or exchanged. The Company reserves the right to cancel the tour and/or modify the itineraries in any way it thinks desirable and further reserves the right to decline to accept any person or any tour and may substitute hotels where necessary. The payment of the required deposits(s) and/or any partial or full payments(s) for the tour shall constitute full knowledge, acceptance and consent by the passenger to provisions in the TERMS CONDITIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY clauses of this brochure, which are part of this offer.
